Fabulous day. Started at the dentist for a cleaning, then met a dear colleague for our occasional coffee chat, then drove to Fayetteville to meet @amerpie@social.lol for lunch (delicious Colombian chicken soup), and now just out of my coaching session with yet another reminder to breathe and be in now.
